Position Overview
We are seeking skilled and motivated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a growing school-based team supporting students across a variety of grade levels. This role offers strong compensation, consistent hours, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through speech and language services in an educational setting.
Position Details
+ Location: Rockford, IL
+ Start Date: 05/24/2026
+ Contract Length: 36 weeks
+ Schedule: Monday-Friday
+ Hours: 37.5 hours per week
+ Pay Rate: ?? $75/hour (local)
+ Weekly Gross: Up to $2,812.50/week
+ Travel Package: Up to $3,308.50/week (travel)
+ Openings: 40
+ Interview Process: Virtual interview
+ Setting: In-person school-based
Key Responsibilities
+ Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
+ Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
+ Provide direct therapy services to students
+ Document therapy sessions and track student progress
+ Participate in IEP development and meetings
+ Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
+ Ensure compliance with all state and district regulations
Minimum Requirements
+ Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
+ CCC-SLP preferred
+ Ability to meet all federal, state, and local requirements
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills
