Job Description
- Supervise a team of electricians and other personnel, ensuring that all work is performed according to project specifications and industry standards.
- Assign daily tasks and provide guidance to ensure proper execution of electrical work.
- Oversee electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met within the agreed-upon timeline.
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, material procurement, and labor allocation.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that costs are controlled to meet budgetary goals.
- Review and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation and adherence to design specifications.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment, ensuring they meet all quality standards.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting for complex electrical issues that arise during installation or maintenance, guiding the team to resolve problems efficiently.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and ensure that all personnel follow safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
- Review quality of work completed on-site, ensuring that all electrical installations meet the company’s high standards.
- Maintain detailed and accurate project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and change orders.
