Ecolabisprovidingan exciting opportunity to join ourEcolabDigital team as a Lead BusinessProcessAnalyst. This role will focus on digital platforms to enable& supportourGlobal WaterSales & Service organization. In this agile environment, the Lead BusinessProcessAnalyst will work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements, work with multiple teams toassistindetermininginnovative solutions, as well as configuration, data management, and write/execute testingscrips. Platforms include butarenot limited to the Microsoft suite of tools including but not limited to Dynamics 365,Power Platform,Power BIetc.

What You Will Do:
Partner with global team & business partners to provide innovative/creative solutions to enable business requirements
Gathers & document functionalrequirements from business stakeholders and convert them to technicalrequirementsfor the development team
Manages andcommunicatesacross multiple levels of businesses
Participates in prioritization and scope for release management
Lead analysis of business process forGlobal Waterbusiness units
Ensure business alignment betweenGlobal Waterbusinesses onthe suite ofPowerAppsleveragedby Ecolab Sales teams
Experience building Canvas Apps and troubleshooting issues within them
Basic CRM configuration,power automate flowswithinPower Platform space
Experience implementing packaged software
Act as Scrum Master, as needed, on prioritized business efforts
Assistand/or lead coordination of testing cycles
Data analysis and design within CRM,AzureData FactoryandExternal Integrations
Manages users, roles, profiles, groups, sharing rules, and other setup options
Collaborates with developers todetermineoptions to meet business requirements
Troubleshoots and resolves issues ina timelyfashionrelated to production environment

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
8 years of professional work experience
5years of experience with requirements managementsupporting sales and marketing organizations
3 years of experience with Dynamics 365 (Sales, Field Service, Marketingmodulesand Microsoft Power Platform)
3years of hands-on experiencewith powerapps(focus on canvas apps)and connectorsused in power apps.
2years of experience with Agile Methodology

Preferred Qualifications:
Proven ability to understand business needs, build strategic partnerships, and document and implement software solutions
Good understanding of basic CRM foundations, system integration including data cleansing,loadingand integrations.
A good understanding of the strategic and commercial drivers forPower Apps among other Power Platform capabilities.
Experience working with multi-device strategies forCanvas apps.
Experience working with Microsoft Co-Pilot and buildingAgents.
Experience inCRM tool configuration,flows, & user security management
Experience managing relationships with 3rd party vendors and teams.
Delivery experience with global, multi-lingual systemsand development teams thatspan acrossmultiple timezones.
Able to successfully manage core responsibilities independently or with limited over-sight
