Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Shift: TBD (1st | 2nd | 3rd)

Here's what we're after:
Previous customer service, logistics, warehouse, or administrative experience preferred
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
Responsibilities:
Process customer orders and shipment requests
Communicate with customers, carriers, and warehouse personnel regarding order status and delivery updates
Enter and maintain accurate data in warehouse management systems (WMS)
Investigate and resolve shipment, inventory, and billing discrepancies
Generate reports, shipping documents, and inventory records
Coordinate inbound and outbound freight activities
Provide exceptional customer service while meeting operational deadlines
Follow company safety, quality, and operational procedures
