- Provide remote troubleshooting support to field technicians – Act as escalation point beyond Level 1 support

- Assist store personnel when issues arise after technicians leave

- Guide troubleshooting through diagnostic questioning

Skills and Requirements

Retail field service technician experience preferred

- Hardware upgrade experience in retail environments

- Network and cabling troubleshooting experience Technical support background with understanding of field operations
