We farm 9,000 acres of corn and soybeans. Employees will need to assist with all aspects of growing these crops including driving a farm truck to haul crops to and from grain storage locations. All employees will complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Per state regulations, employer is exempt from CDL requirement for farm trucking. No commercial or heavy truck driving is required. Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.
