We’re partnering with a long-standing Midwest fabrication company (100+ years in operation) to identify a hands-on Project Manager / Detailer / Estimator. This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of customer management, technical detailing, and shop execution.

Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Act as primary contact for customer accounts and project execution
- Interpret drawings and develop detailed fabrication packages
- Build Bills of Materials (BOMs) and perform material takeoffs
- Generate quotes and cost estimates
- Track jobs through burn table operations, fabrication & welding and shop floor workflow
- Identify drawing discrepancies and collaborate with customers on solutions
- Support production coordination and material planning
