POSITION TITLE: Online Sales & Analytics Manager
POSITION LOCATION: 9856 Derby Ln, Westchester, IL, 60154
SALARY RANGE: $127,962 to $147,962 per year
JOB DESCRIPTION: Directs and manages the company’s digital sales operations while applying accounting and financial analysis to optimize revenue and profitability. The incumbent analyzes online sales and financial data, develops and implements pricing and promotional strategies, monitors performance metrics, and prepares forecasts and financial reports. Specific duties include: collect and analyze online sales and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, applying advanced data analysis skills; develop and implement pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and e-commerce initiatives to optimize conversions and revenue; prepare sales forecasts, revenue models, budgets, and financial reports to support strategic decision-making and monitor profitability; manage e-commerce platforms, including product listings, transaction reconciliation, and revenue reporting, ensuring financial accuracy; collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales activities with business objectives by optimizing sales processes, enhancing performance marketing initiatives, and align operational actions with financial objectives; monitor key performance indicators and apply insights to improve e-commerce conversion rates and overall online sales performance.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field, and one (1) year of experience in online sales, e-commerce analytics, financial analysis, or related roles
Acquired skills must include:
1) Applying graduate-level quantitative and accounting methods;
2) Using MS Excel’s advanced functions and modeling to develop actionable management reports;
3) Sales forecasting and revenue modeling; and
4) Advanced data analysis & interpretation.
