Reconstruction Project Manager
Compensation: $70,000/yr–$80,000/yr, BOE
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
We are seeking an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, communicates clearly with customers and crews, and understands the technical and financial aspects of reconstruction work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reconstruction projects from initial assessment through completion
- Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal crews
- Conduct site inspections, document progress, and ensure quality standards
- Communicate with homeowners, adjusters, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track
