Job Description
Technical Support and Phone Sales Representative
Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Technical Support / Phone Sales Representative to join our team. This position combines customer service, technical troubleshooting, and phone-based sales support. You’ll assist customers by phone and email, identify parts using diagrams, process orders, and help maintain office inventory.
Key Responsibilities
+ Answer inbound calls and emails to support customers with orders and product questions.
+ Provide technical support by troubleshooting issues and offering solutions.
+ Route calls to the correct team members when needed.
+ Use part diagrams to identify products based on customer needs.
+ Perform data entry and maintain accurate product records.
+ Process customer orders through the M1 system.
+ Monitor and restock inventory to ensure adequate supply levels.
Required Qualifications
+ Ability to read multimeters and electrical schematics
+ Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical components
+ Proficiency with computers, data entry, and email communication
+ Strong customer service skills with a calm, solution-focused approach
+ Solid problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn
+ High attention to detail when entering orders and updating M1 system data

+ Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple computer systems
+ Experience with stock management and inventory control
