Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care

A-1 Medical Staffing is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in delivering exceptional care to residents in long-term care facilities.
In this role, you’ll be a key part of a supportive and experienced healthcare team, providing hands-on care and clinical oversight to ensure each resident receives the highest standard of service and dignity. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and coordinate resident care in accordance with care plans, physicians’ orders, and regulatory standards

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

Monitor and assess residents’ health status and respond promptly to changes

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care

Document care provided and maintain accurate medical records

Support CNAs and other staff in a team-based environment
