Job Description: The Vice President, Strategic Relationships (multiple positions open) at Molson Coors Beverage Company USA LLC in Chicago, IL will manage all relationships with outside Investment Banks, Private Equity Funds, Venture Capitalist Funds, Transaction Advisory teams, and Strategic Partners to develop the inorganic growth strategy for, and on behalf, of our company. Lead market insights and valuation analysis to determine strategic acquisitions, partnerships, investments, and divestures that support our growth strategy. Keep up to date with white space market opportunities and the competitive landscape, reviewing and analyzing prospective opportunities (both proactive and reactive): position in market; financial suitability; hypotheses and modeling on contribution to our company. Lead all pre-transaction diligence efforts, including: business planning and modeling, financial analysis, benchmarking, industry analytics, valuation, structuring, negotiations, due diligence, etc. Develop and lead due diligence processes including ensuring integration and post integration plans are in place with appropriate after action and ROI tracking and evaluations occur. Communicate business case and valuation recommendations to stakeholders. Lead negotiation for any commercial global partners and partnerships. Telecommuting is available up to 2 days per week. 15-25% domestic and international travel to other Molson Coors locations. Salary: $221,312 - $296,800 per year.
Minimum Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field and 7 years of professional business leadership experience at a global organization. Employer will also accept 9 years of professional business leadership experience at a global organization. Must include 2 years of experience with each of the following: (1) Financial, commercial planning, and investment banking; (2) Tools for valuation including DCF, Multiple based, asset base, precedent transactions, IPO method and Book value; (3) Tools for structuring including license, distribution, JVs, Acquisitions, Carveouts, and Divestments; (4) Financial tools including equity, debt, hybrids, warrants, convertibles, and notes; (5) Strategic Tools including SWOT Analysis, Porter 5 key principles, Value Chain Analysis, and Balanced Scorecard; (6) Negotiation techniques including multi-party, anchoring, win-win, and Batna; (7) Capital IQ, PitchBook, Fact Sheet, Bloomberg, Alphasense, and S&P.
