JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing advanced cost control systems to ensure accurate allocation of parts, labor, and overhead across multiple automotive repair service lines. Provide management with financial insight into pricing, vendor contracting, warranty liabilities, and growth planning. Specific duties include: design and implement cost accounting systems to capture, allocate, and monitor direct and indirect costs for multiple repair projects, service packages, and parts inventory; conduct complex variance analysis, margin studies, and profitability forecasting to evaluate efficiency, labor productivity, and warranty costs; prepare multi-year financial models and scenario-based forecasts to support management in pricing strategy, vendor negotiations, and equipment investment decisions; ensure compliance with IFRS and U.S. GAAP standards, producing financial statements and reports suitable for external auditors, banks, and potential investors; integrate and maintain ERP/accounting platforms (such as 1C: Accounting, SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks Enterprise) for unified cost tracking, inventory control, and financial reporting; monitor and reconcile parts usage, contractor labor costs, and vendor billing, ensuring accurate and timely reporting; lead the budgeting and forecasting process, preparing reports on cost drivers, efficiency gaps, and strategic recommendations for cost reduction; conduct risk and cost-benefit analyses for expansion, capital investments, and long-term vendor contracts; present monthly, quarterly, and annual cost management reports with findings and recommendations to senior management; and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with accounting and reporting obligations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, or closely related field., and two (2) years of experience In the job offered or experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or auditing.

Must have skills/expertise with the following:

1.    Applied knowledge of cost accounting systems (standard costing, job-order costing, process costing).

2.    Expertise in variance analysis, profitability modeling, and resource utilization analysis.

3.    Advanced skills in financial modeling and forecasting using MS Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros, scenario simulations).

4.    Proficiency with ERP/accounting software (SAP, Oracle, 1C: Accounting, QuickBooks Enterprise, or equivalent).

5.    Experience with IFRS and GAAP compliance and preparation of audit-ready financial reports.

6.    Competence in inventory management, reconciliation, and cost allocation schedules.

7.    Ability to conduct multi-year profitability, cost-benefit, and risk analyses for management.

8.    Strong communication skills to present technical financial findings to non-financial stakeholders.
