Job Description
Lead the implementation for the projects for using best practices and template-based approach. Lead the project teams to deliver efficient solutions with minimal customizations. Responsible for growth of the team and expansion of the client base. Responsible for performing delivery pre-sales and providing estimates for projects. Conduct reviews of the project implementations. Implement best practices and empowering tools for project management to assist in future development of the Team, make continual improvements to reduce timelines and maximize communications between cross functional teams under tight deadlines. Train provide ongoing coaching, and monitor employees to ensure delivery of quality program executions. Identify and recommend processes to be improved to drive continuous evolution in deliverable quality and execution. Analyze challenges, problems, and process breakdowns to ensure that lessons are learned, and improvements are, well documented, communicated to leadership and implemented so future implementation benefit from lessons learned, refining best practices. Perform risk management, for ongoing approach to implementations. 10% domestic travel is required.
