Now Hiring: Assembler
Looking to build your skills in a hands-on role? We’re seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join a fast-paced manufacturing team where your work makes a real impact every day.
?? What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll assemble components using blueprints and work instructions while maintaining quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include:
+ Read and interpret bill of materials, blueprints, and mechanical drawings
+ Accurately fit, align, and assemble parts
+ Use tools such as wrenches, impact guns, nail guns, grinders, and more
+ Operate equipment like forklifts, cranes, and lifts (after certification)
+ Tag and label completed units
+ Troubleshoot and work with team leads or maintenance to resolve issues
+ Maintain a clean and safe workspace
+ Cross-train in other departments as needed
+ Perform other duties as assigned
? What We’re Looking For
Required:
+ At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
+ Ability to read a tape measure and convert fractions and decimals
+ High School Diploma or GED
Preferred:
+ Experience with large unit assembly
+ Ability to read engineered/mechanical drawings
+ Experience using precision hand tools
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
?? Work Environment & Physical Requirements
+ Onsite role in a manufacturing environment
+ Stand and walk for 8+ hours per shift
+ Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
+ Push/pull materials with crane assistance
+ Perform repetitive motions, bending, reaching, and climbing
+ Work in conditions including heat, noise, and varying weather
+ Use required PPE ( safety boots, eye and ear protection )
