Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee daily accounting operations and support financial leadership. This full‑time role is ideal for someone who is detail‑driven, highly organized, and confident managing both processes and people.
Compensation
- Salary: $70,000/yr–$90,000/yr, BOE
- Schedule: Full-time, on-site
- Location: St. Clair County, IL
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger activities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of all financial data
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes
- Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff
- Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and support business goals
