Schedule:Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Requirements:
CPC or CPC-A certification required
Minimum 2 years of medical coding, claims processing, or medical billing experience
Strong knowledge of medical coding, billing guidelines, and industry standards
Ability to review claims accurately and identify billing types and coding requirements
Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with data entry and medical claims management systems
Ability to handle confidential medical information in accordance with compliance standards
Job Duties:
Receive client submissions and enter client and examinee information into the database
Review and verify claims for completeness and required documentation
Process medical claims by identifying billing types and entering bills into the review system
Review claims for coding accuracy and apply appropriate coding and billing guidelines
Make manual claim adjustments as needed based on industry standards and client requirements
Contact clients to resolve missing information, discrepancies, or questions
Perform quality assurance reviews on all cases before completion
Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is available for audits
Process client invoicing according to established fee schedules
Respond to client inquiries regarding claim status, reports, and documentation via phone, email, and fax
