Job Title: Contract Engagement – Account Reconciliation Specialist

Jefferson Wells is seeking highly skilled Account Reconciliation Specialists for contract engagements on-site in Central Illinois. These opportunities provide an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to impactful projects.

Responsibilities:

+ Conduct detailed account reconciliation triage in a complex environment.

+ Pull, analyze, and trace transactions through massive Excel files.

+ Recreate reconciliations and identify discrepancies.

+ Perform root cause analysis and find resolutions for reconciliation issues.

+ Work with various systems to extract and analyze data.

Qualifications:

+ Proven experience in successfully completing complex reconciliation projects.

+ Advanced proficiency in Excel and systems-savvy.

+ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Skills:

+ Expertise in account reconciliation and financial analysis.

+ Proficiency in Excel and other data extraction tools.

+ Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.

+ Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Hourly Rate: $50+ depending on experience
