Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented Collector to join a firm focusing on collections of Personal/ Business/ Use Taxes along with other portfolio types. The Collector is a crucial part of their team, tasked with managing a designated portfolio of accounts to recover outstanding balances. This role goes beyond simply making calls; it requires a blend of excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. A Collector is expected to receive/ place 100- 150 calls per day. This role will be a mix of inbound/outbound calls on a dialer system. Attendance is a major priority for this team and impeccable attendance is expected.

Skills and Requirements
- High School Diploma
- EXCELLENT communication & computer skills - Must have good job longevity in previous roles (unless very junior) - MUST be willing to be in a 100% on the phone role dealing with (sometimes) difficult customers – Previous Experience in collections, credit or a related field is HIGHLY preferredExperience working within a high volume call center environment
