Job Description
CC Services d/b/a Country Financial seeks a Software Development Consultant in Bloomington, IL. Duties: join our Internal Systems and Records team; designs, develops, documents, tests, implements, and debugs new and existing software solutions for large-scale proprietary software for internal use; technical expert on development projects; participates in full development life cycle including requirement analysis and design; write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements; supports, maintains, and documents software functionality; identify and evaluate new technologies for implementation; analyzes components to find cause of errors and revise programs as needed; analyzes user needs, system requirements and business processes to determine technical requirements; consults with end user to prototype, refine, test, and debug components to meet needs; design solutions after gathering business and technical requirements; develop software solutions that are high performing and meet technical standards; support testing and problem solving/debugging of solutions; implement software solutions following best practices. Remote is work is permitted. Work can be performed from anywhere in the U.S. with employer approval. Salary: $144,200 annually. Qualifications: Master’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or related field plus 72 months exp in IT. Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or related field plus 96 months exp in IT also acceptable. Employer will accept foreign equivalent.
