Production Press Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operate press machines and other manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload steel components and finished products from production equipment.
- Monitor machine performance and identify quality or mechanical issues.
- Perform minor machine adjustments and notify supervisors of equipment concerns.
- Conduct visual and dimensional quality inspections throughout production.
- Read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and manufacturing specifications.
- Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and gauges to verify product quality.
- Record production information and complete required documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
