Job Description
Oversee IT infrastructure and digital equipment across the main company office and restaurant branches; manage and maintain digital devices, cameras, internet connections, and on-site technology; ensure proper functioning of backend CRM, HRM software systems that support daily business activities; implement and maintain security protocols, and data backups to protect sensitive information; provide technical support and troubleshooting. Up to 80% travel required to various client sites within Chicagoland MSA required.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or related plus 2 years of experience as IT manager, service or systems engineer or related.
