Job Description
Flexera Software LLC. Handling Customer Data requests and working closely with data engineering team to process their data. Working closely with customers and being responsible for Customer content curation. Engaging with important customers often to check and maintain their data health. Serving as point of contact for escalations and critical customer requests for data alignment and/or audits. Engaging in swarming sessions with content support to aggregate updates from the data intelligence team, along with a discussion on any common issues faced by customers that need to be addressed as priority. Sharing knowledge and input on cases that team members may have issues with and helping streamline content processes. Mentoring new colleagues on the role of Content in customer interactions and bringing them up to date on data enhancements in the different Flexera offerings (ITAM and ITV). Documenting and updating specifications for the Flexera data libraries. Individually contributing in picking up customer support requests and reducing the content backlog of cases. Participating in maintaining Time to Support Outcome under the expected value (in hours/days) and maintaining high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score. Salary: $122,133.00-$183,200.00.
