Dipping Specialist Day Shift

Job Purpose
Produce a quality product by correctly dipping mandrels according to procedures.

Compensation & Schedule
$18.50/hr
Day Shift: 6:00AM - 2:30PM Monday-Friday
Overtime as needed

Essential Job Results
COMPLETES DIPPING PROCEDURES BY:
Operating the dip tower by dipping rack in coagulate tank and neoprene tank according to instructions indicated on side of tank and work instructions. Fill tanks, change screens, and change totes as necessary.

MAINTAINS MANDREL CLEANLINESS BY:
Inspecting mandrels for foreign matter and removing foreign matter before proceeding to coagulate tank.

MANAGES TRACKING INFORMATION ON CONFORMAL BY:
Stamping all pertinent information on conformal and/or back after it has been dipped.

MANAGES ACCURATE RECORDS BY:
Recording cart numbers on the dip sheet.

MAINTAIN QUALITY SERVICE BY:
Keeping error rates minimal and within acceptable ranges; maintaining an efficient work pace; meeting and exceeding all performance measurements: quantity, accuracy, timeliness, and thoroughness of work performed.

Secondary Job Results
Maintains safe and clean work environment by:
Operating all machinery in a safe and efficient manner; reporting any safety hazards to assigned supervisor or safety manager; complying with all safety and quality policies, practices and procedures; assuring compliance with all regulatory requirements including workplace safety, OSHA, etc. Wears steel toed shoes and hearing protection in the proper places. Makes sure trash cans are taken out, floors are clean, and general housekeeping.

Maintaining a good attendance record; accomplishing related results as needed.

Your Background
You have a High School education level or equivalent education.
1+ years previous relevant experience.
Must be skill checked on 10 positions within the assigned department. Will still be required to complete tasks from associate conformal operative 1 and 2.
