About the Role

As the CBREAccount Management Sr. Manager, you will oversee the team responsible for delivering allkey client associated commitments related to a multi-purpose facility thatprovides a high-performance computing data center space, an office spaceenvironment, state-of-the-art conference facilities and meeting rooms, onsitecafé and catering facilities, and a library.

This is part of theOperations Management job function, responsible for coordinating stafffunctions and operations that support the organization’s goals and strategies.

What You’ll Do

· Overall On-site Facility Leadership: Accountablefor overall Facility Management of the site.

· High Performing Culture: Focus on continually buildinga high-performance team that accentuates a proactive posture. Internal responsibilities includeprioritizing, coordinating and managing activities across the onsite leadershipteam.

· ClientRelationship: Develop and maintain a positive overall relationshipwith this client is paramount. TheCBRE Account Management Sr.Manager is not only the lead resource that sets the relationship tone, but alsothe client conduit to resolve any facility issues.Lead by exampleand model behaviorsthat are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

· Governance: Ensure the Parties meet all contractual commitments andresponsibilities. Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standardswhere appropriate. Troubleshootescalated open issues and tasks, working closely with both Sr. level internaland client teams. Develop action plans for high-potentialrisks.

· Finance& Budgeting : Oversee the facilitybudget and forecasting process, strategic planning process and standardmanagement reporting. Ultimatelyresponsible for managing the performance of the client contract. Responsible foroverall downstream vendor contract compliance, including vendor set-up, clientinvoicing and expense approval.

· Meetings,Reporting & Presentations: CBRE Account Management Sr. Manager is ultimatelyresponsible for ensuring the CBRE team develops, conducts, reports on, follows upand tracks important topics.

· Safety andSecurity: Continue to drive a culture that places health, safetyand security at the center of the responsibilities at this criticalfacility.

· Supervision & Training: Track the training and development of staff. Impart CBREbest practices. Mentor and coach as needed. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruitingand hiring of new employees for cultural and operational fit.

What You’ll Need

· Communicationskills (verbal and written) are essential. Strong communication, capable of bridging discussions between CBRE, theClient, Client’s Client(s) and associated 3rd parties.

· High attention todetail, and strong technical acumen.

· Ability to leadthe exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, conveyperformance expectations and handle problems, including when dealing withcritical infrastructure topics.

· Bachelor’sDegree preferred with 5 – 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree,a combination of experience and education will be considered.

· Experiencein the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching,mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention ispreferred.

· Leadershipskills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impactson own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department.

· In-depthknowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook,etc.

· Extensiveorganizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Account Manager, Critical Facilities position is $150,000 annually and the maximum salary of $160,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance
