Job Description

SFDC Domain Lead – Service for Leica Microsystems Inc. in Deerfield, IL to drive changes and improvements for the Leica organization. Leading the end-to-end change process from gap analysis, solution design, implementation and deployment of Salesforce.com Service-related changes. Harmonize the change management process and streamline the Service Delivery process across the organization. Work with global cross functional teams supporting 3000+ users across 20 selling units worldwide. Work with the Business Product Owner to capture and comprehend requirements, translating them into technical solutions that meet business needs and conform to Company Quality Standards. Serve as the liaison with the Technical lead, Integration lead, Test Manager and Validation Manager to ensure successful implementation of all functionality.

Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus five (5) years of experience as a Developer or related role or, alternatively, a master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and three (3) years of experience as a Developer or related role. Experience must include: Lightening Interface, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightening Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud; Functional and technical SFDC expertise in customizations, configurations, and development; Deployment of multiple complex solutions using Apex Classes & triggers, Visual Force, Force.com API; Designing custom objects including junction objects, custom fields, picklist, role-based page layouts, Workflow Rules and Actions, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Custom Tabs, Custom reports, Report folders, report extractions to various formats, design of Visual Force Pages, Snapshots, Dashboards, and Email templates; Process Builder and Lightening Flows; Salesforce ecosystem and integration components: SOAP, REST, Tooling APIs, Apex controllers, Web Services End Points, ETL, MetaData, SAP Integrations, or other ERP Systems; Deployment from Sandbox to Production using Force.com; and Compliance Systems such as, SmartSolve. Position requires up to 30% travel. May work from anywhere in U.S. Salary: $146,000.00/yr. Salary range: $116,000.00 - $203,000.00.
