Job Description
Analyze marketing, competitive, and operational data to support the firm’s international business development strategy. Develop mathematical and statistical models to identify target markets, forecast demand for legal services, and optimize client acquisition strategies. Evaluate cross-border market trends, franchise brands, cost and retainer structures, and client conversion data to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Utilize marketing analytics software and data visualization tools to manage and interpret datasets from global franchise markets. Conduct business and franchise performance analyses for clients, including feasibility studies, market potential assessments, and cost-benefit modeling in support of legal matters. Assist in evaluating requirements, processes, and data flows to support the future development of a customized case management or client service platform. Prepare analytical reports, forecasts, and dashboards for management decision-making and client presentations. Work with attorneys and staff to implement data-driven marketing campaigns, monitor online engagement metrics, and refine strategies for greater effectiveness. ***Work at the Employer’s office located at 157 W Cermak Rd, 2nd FL, Chicago, IL 60616, with no travel involved.
