Job Description

We're seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Representative to develop new business within an assigned territory. This is a true business development role focused on prospecting, relationship-building, and helping businesses find solutions that improve their operations. Daily Responsibilities:

Prospect daily through phone calls, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
Develop relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Identify customer needs and present customized service solutions
Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and close new business
Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records
Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers
Build and grow a successful territory through consistent activity and follow-up

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
3+ years of outside sales, B2B sales, or business development experience preferred
Proven ability to generate your own leads and close new business
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities
Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative sales team
Experience using CRM software is a plus
