We are seeking a driven SOC Analyst to join our Security Operations Center team. This is a hands-on role focused on monitoring, triaging, and resolving security incidents while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of tasks, and respond well to direct feedback.
Responsibilities
Daily Ticket Maintenance: Manage backlog of tickets and ensure timely resolution.
Incident Review: Log into systems and ServiceNow to review and process Security Incident Records (SIRs).
Tier 1 & Tier 2 Support: Handle alerts and tickets across multiple tiers, including guest network confirmations.
Incident Building: Create and update SIRs, engage stakeholders, and follow established training and Level 1 SOC procedures.
Collaboration: Participate in daily standups and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.

Skills and Requirements
3-5 years of experience as a SOC Analyst (This is a level 2 role)
Strong understanding of SOC processes and incident response fundamentals.
Proactive and self-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
Excellent communication skills and ability to take direct feedback constructively.
SIEM tool experience (They use Google SecOps so that is a huge plus)
