Our client, a leading organization in facilities management and asset optimization, is seeking a Planner 3 to join their team. As a Planner 3, you will be part of the Asset Management department supporting maintenance and operations teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Planner 3

Pay rate: $ 50

Location: Elk Grove Village, IL

What’s the Job?

+ Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities using industry best practices and CMMS tools

+ Optimize maintenance inventory and manage spare parts procurement processes

+ Maintain asset records, documentation, and ensure database integrity

+ Collaborate with facilities technicians and management to adjust schedules and resource allocation

+ Generate reports, analyze work order flow, and support continuous process improvements

What’s Needed?

+ Minimum of five (5) years of experience in facilities maintenance planning and scheduling

+ Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance program management

+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, Outlook); working knowledge of SharePoint

+ Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems

+ Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
