Job Description
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency, minimize costs, and align with business objectives.
- Oversee the sourcing, purchasing, and negotiation for raw materials and components. Implement inventory control methods to meet demand while minimizing waste and costs.
- Manage the transportation, warehousing, and distribution of products, optimizing routes and selecting logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery
- Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Analyze key performance indicators related to supply chain operations, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-driven improvements
- Address and resolve supply chain issues, such as delivery delays, accidents, or quality control problems.
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations, reduce waste, and implement new procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure products and processes adhere to company quality standards and implement safety guidelines throughout the supply chain.
