Job Description

Medline Industries, LP seeks Mgrs Systems HR to join our team in Northfield, IL.

Serve as a liaison between the Human Resources, Payroll and Information Technology function during and post-integration of technology. Responsible for developing and implementing the overall implementation strategy across the HR and Payroll departments. Develop, implement, and manage processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery. Manage integration development process which requires interaction with global resources across multiple geographic locations. Lead the design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base including Connectors, Studio, EIB and supporting 3rd party coding. Execute day-to-day activities including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews. Understand SaaS based strategy for the Workday platform. Understand the HR and Payroll domain and related business processes. Propose KPIs and test metrics to measure quality and progress during the implementation phase of the project. Maintain integration related requirements and technical documentation as well as ensuring test documentation meets organization and audit guidelines. Telecommuting is permitted but applicant must work from the worksite location at least 3 days per week.

Position reports to Medline’s office at Three Lakes Dr., Northfield, IL 60093.

Education and experience requirements:

PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, HR Technology, Computer Science, or related field and 5 years of relevant work experience.

In addition, experience with the following skills is required: (1) Managing a global technical team responsible for end-to-end integration development and delivery; (2) Serving as the foremost integration architect leading the end-to-end development of Workday integrations including configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support; (3) Serving as a subject matter expert across various types of Workday integrations, including inbound and outbound EIBs, core connectors, studio, and boomerang integrations; (4) Working with functional Workday components and configuration, especially within HCM. Alos, report writing and complex calculated field management; (5) Maintaining strong working knowledge of Workday security and integration security group types, including integration system security groups; and (6) Stay up to date with the latest Workday features and enhancements to continuously improve integration processes with new Workday features and best practices.

Pay Range: $173,127.00 to $174,000.00 per year
