DESCRIPTION
Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group is hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading consumer electronics & storage brand inside top-selling national big-box consumer electronics retailer locations across the country. This is a 1-year continuity program – same store, same rep, every 8 weeks – designed to build brand familiarity with shoppers and store associates over time. The specific brand and retailer name will be disclosed at offer/hire.
What you’ll do (1-hour in-store visit, in priority order):
1. Engage shoppers about the brand’s flagship product line.
2. Train retailer associates on the brand and product line.
3. Replenish and tidy the in-store brand displays (reference photos provided).
4. Check in/out via Ubeya and submit post-visit photos + reporting.

Training (Required, Paid, Live Virtual):
- Brand training session – 7/22/2026 (time TBD).
- Retailer compliance courses must be completed before first visit.
Compensation : $24.00/hr. Paid training. Bi-weekly payroll via Mosaic Flex Staffing.
Required:
- Smartphone for Ubeya check-in/out, photos, and reporting.
- Reliable transportation to assigned retailer location.
- Residential mailing address for the brand-issued name badge (no PO Boxes).

RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Complete one 1-hour in-store visit at your assigned retailer location every 8 weeks for the full duration of the program. Engage shoppers in the aisle about the brand’s flagship product line – ask great questions and explain product benefits in clear, friendly language.
+ Train retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently recommend it to customers.
+ Replenish and tidy the in-store brand displays at every visit (reference photos provided during training).
+ Check in and check out on-site via the Ubeya app and submit post-visit photos + reporting before clocking out.
+ Maintain a professional in-store presence: clean polo + jeans (no rips/holes) and visible brand-issued name badge at all times.
+ Represent Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group professionally at all times – you are the face of the brand inside the retailer.
+ Complete all required retailer compliance courses and the live brand training session before your first in-store visit.
QUALIFICATIONS
+ Reliable transportation to assigned retailer store(s).
+ Smartphone with data for Ubeya check-in/out, photos, and reporting.
+ Ability to commit to a bi-monthly cadence (one 1-hour visit every 8 weeks).
+ Residential mailing address (no PO Boxes) for brand-issued name badge shipment.
+ Completion of all retailer compliance courses before first in-store visit.
+ Not currently employed by ActionLink, Premium, Crossmark, or Acosta (dual employment not permitted).
