Residential Service Plumber

What You’ll Do+ Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
+ Install and service water heaters, sump pumps, water softeners, fixtures, and sewer/drain systems
+ Present repair options and solutions to homeowners
+ Deliver outstanding customer service on every call
+ Participate in an on-call rotation
What You Bring+ Illinois Plumbing License (required)
+ 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience
+ Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
+ Great communication and customer service
+ Clean driving record
+ Ability to work independently
Bonus Points+ ServiceTitan experience
+ Sewer camera and hydro-jetting experience
+ Backflow or Cross-Connection Certification
+ Experience selling maintenance memberships
