A premier manufacturing company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join their team. This person will be responsible for bridging business needs and technical solutions across a global IT environment. This role partners with stakeholders and leadership to drive system improvements, data-driven decisions, and process optimization while supporting full SDLC delivery. Candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, translating them into process flows, data models, and solution designs that guide development. Serve as an internal consultant on systems and process best practices while supporting the full SDLC, including testing, implementation, and training. Partner closely with IT to configure and deliver SaaS and proprietary applications, perform data analysis to drive decision-making and ensure data integrity, and maintain clear documentation of current and future state processes. Participate in Agile ceremonies to support continuous delivery, provide end-user training and support, and for more senior candidates, lead projects, mentor junior analysts, and contribute to strategic roadmaps. Candidate must have strong written and verbal communication, be a team player, and good working CST hours.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Systems Analyst / Functional Consultant

Strong experience gathering and translating business requirements

Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies

Exposure to ERP systems, integrations, or enterprise applications

Strong data analysis skills (SQL preferred)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Experience with tools like Jira, Lucidchart, Smartsheet

Integration tools (e.g., Boomi) experience

Master data management or application architecture exposure (senior level)

Certifications: CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, PMP, Scrum/Agile certs

NetSuite or ERP-specific certifications
