Job Description

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Physical Therapist to work at a Facility in Waukegan, IL. This order is available for both local and travel.

Local Rate:

Pay Rate: $60.77 / hour

Traveler Hrly Rate $34.15

Regular $1,366.00

Gross Wages $1,366.00

Traveler Lodging $770.00

Travel M&I $476.00

Total Travel Stipend $1,246.00

Total Travel Pkg $2,612.00

Job Descriptions:

Duties:

+ Evaluate patients’ physical condition and mobility

+ Develop individualized treatment plans

+ Provide exercises and therapy to improve strength and movement

+ Help patients recover from injuries, surgery, or illness

+ Reduce pain and improve physical function

+ Teach patients exercises and home care techniques

+ Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans

+ Document patient care and therapy outcomes

+ Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention

+ Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

+ Minimum one year (12 months) of experience as a * Physical Therapist

+ A valid and current PT license issued by the state of IL.

+ Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and rehabilitation practices

+ Strong communication and patient care skills

+ Compassion and patience

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team

+ Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
