Job Description
Offering $80,000-$90,000 annually
This employee is responsible for driving clinical-led growth initiatives across the region by aligning frontline teams, clinical staff,and sales leadership.
Focuses on identifying patient needs, optimizing referral opportunities, improving care
quality, and strengthening collaboration between operations, clinical teams, and sales
Serves as a key liaison toensure patient-centered care translates into measurable business growth and improved outcomes
JOB FUNCTIONS
Develops and implements structured training programs for Customer Service Representatives, ServiceTechnicians, and Clinical Staff
Educates non-sales team members on identifying patient needs and clinical indicators
Trains teams on proper handoff protocols
Provides ongoing education on service lines, payer requirements, and referral pathways
Establishes standardized communication workflows and documentation expectations
Reinforces compliance with regulatory, payer, and company guidelines
Partners with Sales Leadership to align training with regional strategies
Tracks referral leads, conversion rates, and handoff quality
Conducts coaching and refresher training sessions
Provides clinical oversight to ensure high-quality care
Evaluates clinical performance and patient outcomes
Identifies gaps in staffing and skill alignment
Acts as liaison between sales, clinical teams, and operations
Supports sales in meetings with hospitals, physicians, and payers
Trains clinicians on managing leads and improving patient outcomes
Supports workforce stability and engagement
Education
High SchoolDiplomaor General Education Degree (GED), Required
Clinical degree in nursing or respiratory therapy, Required
Work Experience
5+ years healthcare or DME, Required

Must be a clinician authorized within scope of practice (as established byapplicable state law or if none, by the applicable national board)
