Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to join our growing staffing team. In this role, you will recruit, interview, and place employees in industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution positions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about helping people find meaningful employment while supporting our clients' staffing needs.
Responsibilities
- Recruit qualified candidates for manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, and industrial positions.
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach.
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Match applicants with available positions based on skills, experience, and client requirements.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, including employment paperwork, I-9 verification, E-Verify, background checks, and drug screens.
- Maintain accurate applicant records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Schedule interviews, orientations, and start dates.
- Follow up with associates and clients to ensure successful placements.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting goals.
- Assist with job fairs, hiring events, and recruiting initiatives.
- Provide excellent customer service to both clients and employees.
- Support branch operations and complete additional administrative duties as assigned.
