Job Description
DMG MORI USA, Inc. in Hoffman Estates, Illinois seeks an Applications Engineer Lead based out of Cypress, CA to provide technical training and development to applications engineering teams within DMG MORI and develop and enhance Applications Engineers to equip them with the technical ability to complete time studies, test cuts and machine demonstrations as per customer requirements. 50% travel to customer and DMG MORI sites in California and other states on an as-needed basis. Req. 96 months of exp. in mech. or mfg. engg, at least 8 yrs of exp. with 5-axis CNC milling machines, Siemens CNC controls, Heidenhain ITNC CNC controls, and at least 4 yrs of exp. of Vericut, Siemens High Level Language Macro Programming, and Siemens NX CAM/Modelling.
