Job Title: SR. SAP CONSULTANT
Job Location: HOFFMAN ESTATES, IL + Unanticipated work locations throughout the US
Job Duration: Permanent Position, Full Time, Mon - Fri, 40 hours per week.

Job Description: Analyze and evaluate business requirements and operational processes to design and implement SAP-based solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and translate functional requirements into detailed specifications. Configure SAP modules and integrate them with internal and external systems to optimize enterprise workflows. Conduct gap analysis, support testing efforts, and troubleshoot system and functional issues to ensure delivery quality. Prepare and maintain system documentation including functional specifications, user manuals, and process flows. Liaise with internal stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective communication and solution alignment. Monitor project milestones and contribute to project planning, timelines, and support activities. Recommend improvements by evaluating business needs and leveraging SAP best practices.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or its foreign equivalent in CS, IS, Engg (any), Business Administration or related field + 60 months of experience as SAP Consultant or any IT/Software-related occupation. Will work in unanticipated locations throughout the US. Travel may be required to client sites up to 2 times in a quarter for 1-5 days.
Salary: $117,957.00/year
