Universal Banker I - Part-Time Location: Arcola, IL 61910 Position Overview 
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Universal Banker I to join our team in Arcola, IL. This part-time position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your banking skills while providing exceptional service to our clients. As a Universal Banker I, you will assist customers with their financial needs, promote bank products and services, and support daily branch operations.
Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate banking specialists.
Promote and educate customers on bank products and services to help meet their financial goals.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
Support branch operations including cash handling and balancing.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
Previous customer service or banking experience is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with banking software.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to security procedures.
Work Schedule 
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. Availability to work evenings and weekends may be required.
