Amergis Healthcare is actively looking for a Home Health Physical Therapist that would be interested in a 1 3 Week , full-time contract opportunity at an clinic in Mount Vernon, IL . Additional details of the contract are below:

Position: Physical Therapist – Home Health

Location: Mount Vernon, IL

Pay Rate (Local): $60/hr

Total Travel Package: $2,326.00/week

• Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for travel package *

+ Taxable Wages = $1,080.00/week

+ Weekly Housing Allowance = $770.00/week

+ Weekly Meals & Incidentals Allowance = $476.00/week

Estimated Weekly Take Home after taxes = $2,056.00/ week

Schedule:

+ 32 hours per week guareenteed

+ 8 hour days

+ mileage reimbursement for all visits

+ Coverage Areas: Clinton, Marion, Washington, Jefferson Hamilton counties

Duration:

+ 13 weeks (extension likely)

Requirements:

+ 2+ year of experience as Physical Therapist

+ Clinical experience

+ Limited to no requested time off

+ IL PT License

+ home health experience

+ oasis experience preferred

+ HCHB experience preferred

+ ASAP Start
