Position Summary

Operates data entry tools to accurately record, validate, and maintain standard and complex coded/uncoded laboratory, business, and statistical data in designated systems. Supports data quality and timely reporting for a hybrid quality testing data team.

Key Responsibilities

· Enter, verify, and update data from multiple source documents into defined computer systems in accordance with standard operating procedures.

· Retrieve data and generate new reports as needed; format and upload outputs into different systems.

· Perform routine data checks to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency; escalate discrepancies for resolution.

· Maintain data integrity and support a quality mindset by following documentation and change-control expectations.

· Collaborate effectively with a hybrid team and communicate status, questions, and issues in a timely manner.

Skills and Requirements

Required Qualifications

· Familiarity with standard data concepts and practices.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive and high-volume tasks.

· Clear written and verbal communication skills.

· Demonstrated quality mindset and ability to follow defined processes. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with at least two of the following:

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., filters, pivot tables, formulas, data validation).

· Experience using SAP.

Experience using a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), such as LabVantage.
