We are seeking a Total Rewards Analyst (Contractor) to support the EMEA Total Rewards
team, with a primary focus on execution and operationalization of EU Pay Transparency
Directive (EUPTD) requirements.
This role will play a key part in executing pay transparency processes, including right-to
information (RTI) workflows, data validation, and regulatory readiness activities. In
addition, the role will support broader Total Rewards operations, analytics, and ongoing
projects.
The position is suited for someone who combines strong analytical capability with
process discipline and the ability to execute in a structured, compliance-driven
environment.

Skills and Requirements
Experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, HR Analytics, or HR Operations
- Strong analytical skills with experience handling HR or compensation data
- Familiarity with compensation structures, policies, and governance frameworks
- Exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven topics (e.g., pay transparency,
reporting requirements)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and solution-oriented
manner
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with HR systems (e.g., Oracle) Experience working within EMEA or multi-country environments
- Comfort operating in a fast-evolving regulatory landscape
- Strong process orientation with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
