The Planning & Estimating Manager oversees the estimating process and the planning of awarded projects to ensure work is executed as efficiently and profitably as possible. This role is responsible for assigning estimates to estimators, reviewing large-scale and complex estimates, and leading strategic RFP efforts. The position also establishes and maintains standardized estimating procedures, methodologies, and tools, including bid packages and budget tracking systems. In close partnership with production and operations teams, the Planning & Estimating Manager develops project execution plans that maximize efficiency, reduce waste, optimize resource utilization, and safeguard project profitability. This is a fulltime opportunity and the salary ranges from $80,000-$120,000.

Skills and Requirements
Experience in the print industry, including packaging and finishing operations.
Proven estimating experience with the ability to develop accurate costs and budgets.
Experience planning and coordinating production work from estimate through execution.
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, workflow efficiency, and job profitability.
Prior experience leading, mentoring, or managing a team preferred. Graphic and art degree- print specific program
