Job Description
Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish. Establish new relationships and maintain existing ones. Administer construction projects. Oversee and coordinate all aspects of our construction projects. Facilitate meetings with contractors, architects, and key stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication. Conducting site visits to verify project adherence to plans, managing timelines and milestones, and preparing necessary documentation to maintain compliance. Ensure smooth execution from start to finish. Hempcrete housing innovation by utilizing specialized software to enhance energy efficiency modeling. Employ AutoCAD and Refit for drafting and 3D modeling of hempcrete structures, incorporating mechanical, electrical, and plumping (MEP) systems. Additionally, leverage EnergyPlus to simulate energy performance and optimize HVAC design. Select the right material for the job, based on the budget and preference, price the job, attend field measurement for final confirmation, design material layout based on customer liking and measurements, control fabrication process, attend to various stages of the installation to make sure job is done as promised and customer is satisfied. Act as connection between customer and all trades involved. Prepare budget and cost estimates, along with work timetables. Design and material selection. Choose subcontractors and delegate their responsibilities. Work closely building management at every stage to make sure all is done by the rules and expectations. Report project progress to customers and discuss any change of orders. HS. 2 years of experience.
