Education & Experience Required:

- Years of experience: 5+ years industry experience

- 3 years – Masters

- Degree requirement: Bachelor’s degree in an accredited Engineering curriculum preferred, but open to considering an applicant with an Applied Engineering or Technical Business background

- Are there past or additional job titles or roles that would provide comparable background to this role: Mechanical, Design Engineer, Project Team Leader

- Advanced proficiency with collaboration/project management methods and Microsoft Office programs (e.g. SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerBi, etc.)

- Ability to conduct analysis on large data sets, quickly summarize key results/trends and incorporate into stakeholder reports.

- Basic knowledge of a full product development lifecycle: business value, systems interactions, requirements gathering, functional specification authoring, product development methods, testing/validation and value stream engineering.
