Description
This position is accountable for the safe and efficient receiving, unloading and storage of all products, including adherence to first-in, first-out inventory methods, to ensure inventory accuracy and product freshness. This position is a trainee position, designed to lead to employment opportunities, depending upon skills, abilities, and work habits. R OLE AND R ESPONSIBILITIES+ Implement approved Company programs and policies
+ Safely execute accurate unloading, rotation and storage of all products on a timely manner
+ Assist with completing the loading of each truck’s refrigerated items (such as kegs)
+ Learn to read and use the product coding for product freshness
+ Assist others on the warehouse team in moving product as necessary
+ Work closely with entire warehouse team to learn the skills and work habits needed to be successful – Practice safe lifting and pulling techniques
+ Participate in cleaning and organizing the warehouse each night
SAFETY Due to the physical requirements, as well as the need to maintain a high level of continual alertness in the work environment, this is a safety-sensitive position.Qualifications
