Job Description

Manage the ethic (Polish) dishes serving food store, prepared according to the old Polish tradition. Responsible for growing sales, establishing and maintaining relationships with polish food vendors and clients. Staying up to date with new products and ordering new existing products in response to the Polish population's demands. Collaborate with associates and promote teamwork to help achieve company goals. Establish performance goals and empower associates to meet or exceed targets. Monitoring new food products popular in Poland. Establish new contacts with vendors providing ingredients for Polish food menu. Develop adequate scheduling to manage customer volume throughout hours of operation. Create an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important and appreciated by answering questions regarding products sold within the department and throughout the store.gain and maintain knowledge of products sold within the restaurant. Inform and educate associates about current, upcoming and special promotions. Monitor and control expenses. Maintain an awareness of inventory/stocking conditions. Note any discrepancies in inventory. Schedule routine price changes by updating tags and promotional signs. Plan, organize and supervise the inventory process. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines. Reinforce safety programs by complying with safety procedures and identify unsafe conditions and notify store management. 1 year experience in any position related to sale or customer service. HS.
