Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans.

• Assess, monitor, and document residents' health status.

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

• Supervise and support nursing assistants and other care staff.

• Respond promptly to changes in residents' conditions and emergencies.

• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois.

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required.

• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding resident care.
